In general Seana believes in a co-ordinated marketing approach bringing together the three areas of :
Word of Mouth Marketing
Traditional Marketing
Internet Marketing
Which all feed customer/prospect data into a common database.
An analogy for our approach is a “ marketing engine “ that has 3 cylinders ( representing the 3 areas of marketing ) and the crank ( which is the database ) that drives the business ( vehicle ) forward.
Seana also believes strongly in “ targeted marketing “. i.e. accurately identifying your target market and marketing effectively to that target market in the best and most effective way.
In addition Seana assumes that there is a clear, strong brand ( Name, logo, strapline ) and that this is used consistently.
